At Johnson Outdoor Power, we are committed to delivering your order securely, efficiently, and in excellent condition. Here’s how we handle shipping:
🚚 Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: Most products are delivered within 5 to 15 business days after your order and payment are confirmed.
Larger Equipment (e.g., Ride-On Mowers, Garden Tractors): Delivery is typically within 7 to 10 business days to allow for assembly, safety testing, and quality checks before dispatch.
💵 Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery to most locations within the mainland United States. If any shipping charges apply due to the item size, weight, or delivery method, these will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
🧱 Palletized & Heavy Deliveries
Products weighing around 50 lbs or more—such as lawn tractors, ride-on mowers, heavy log splitters, and large garden machinery—are shipped via specialized pallet freight services. In these cases:
Our freight partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Delivery is curbside only unless special arrangements are made.
A signature is required to confirm receipt of the delivery.
This method may also be used for select heavier walk-behind mowers or equipment requiring extra protection during transit.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, typically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. At this time, we do not offer weekend delivery, and we are unable to guarantee AM or PM-specific deliveries.
🔧 Spare & Replacement Parts
Spare parts may be shipped from our warehouse or directly from our supplier network. Shipping method depends on the part size and origin.
Please note:
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide (model, part number, etc.) is accurate.
Special Order Parts—those ordered based on customer-provided part numbers or descriptions—are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied by us.
